1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 54bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 54bat website located at https://54bat.vip and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 54bat platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 54bat platform and must close any existing account you hold.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the 54bat Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only; in all other respects these Terms shall govern.

54bat operates as an offshore online gambling platform serving adult players located in Bangladesh. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to 54bat and use of any of its Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 54bat takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria to hold a valid 54bat account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing 54bat for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 54bat or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gambling platform is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 54bat or had an account terminated for a material breach of these Terms.

54bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 54bat Services, you must register a player account. Registration is free. You may only register one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 54bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or significantly outdated.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, 54bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. 54bat may also trigger a KYC review at any time during the account lifecycle where unusual activity, large transaction volumes, or fraud indicators are detected. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 54bat account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be bound by the consequences of that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 54bat support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 54bat platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus settlements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 54bat does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion services.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

54bat supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed on the Payment page of the platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 54bat balance within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 54bat does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 54bat bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 54bat account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly forbidden.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically clear within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to DBBL, BRAC Bank, or City Bank typically complete within 1 to 3 hours during BST business hours.
• 54bat reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that trigger fraud detection protocols. Such checks may extend the processing time.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while bonus funds with an incomplete wagering requirement remain active in the account will be declined until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

54bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 54bat are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements or playthrough requirements). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated explicitly in the promotion's individual terms. A bonus with a stated wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that the total value of the bonus (or the bonus plus the qualifying deposit, as specified) must be wagered a total of thirty times before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. 54bat does not hide wagering requirements in fine print — every bonus term is published in plain English.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to verified players with a single active account only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each offer once unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or product categories (e.g., slots only, or sports betting only). Stakes placed on restricted games will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• 54bat reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust bonus terms, or cancel bonuses at its sole discretion — particularly in cases where abuse, exploitation, or collusion is suspected.
• Bonus funds expire as stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotions, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes — is strictly prohibited. 54bat's fraud detection systems monitor for such behaviour continuously. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended without right of appeal.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 54bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or otherwise attempting to deceive 54bat or its staff.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or exchange betting collusion.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house in any casino game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit that has been used for wagering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event or market where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any attempt to manipulate or fix the outcome of that event.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to your 54bat account by any person under the age of 18.
• Commercial Use: Using the 54bat platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling or sub-licensing access to the Services.

6.2 Fair Use of Platform

You agree to use 54bat solely for your personal recreational entertainment. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or otherwise extract proprietary data, odds algorithms, game mechanics, or content from the 54bat platform is expressly prohibited. All intellectual property on the platform — including the 54bat brand name, logo, game content, and website design — remains the exclusive property of 54bat and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

54bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, altered, or insufficient.
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The account is the subject of a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud investigation by a payment provider.
• 54bat receives a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request to restrict or close the account.
• The player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 54bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 54bat will process any pending verified withdrawal of available real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) before deactivating the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Effect of Suspension for Breach

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 54bat reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real-money deposits — pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach such as fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, 54bat may permanently forfeit the balance in its entirety. 54bat will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 54bat, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 54bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages.
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment provider systems, bank processing windows, or regulatory holds.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any action taken by 54bat in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are promptly corrected upon discovery.

8.1 Platform Accuracy

While 54bat makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all odds, game outcomes, account balances, and transaction records displayed on the platform are accurate at all times, technical errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a bet is accepted at an odds value that was erroneously published due to a technical fault, 54bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the player's account. 54bat will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and certain sports data feeds on the 54bat platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 54bat does not control the software, RNG systems, or payout calculations of these providers. All such providers are internationally certified. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, 54bat will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf, but 54bat's liability for third-party provider outcomes is limited to the return of the stake for the affected round where a verified technical error is confirmed.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 54bat is incorporated. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is compliant with applicable local laws and regulations. 54bat makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
